REAL APPLICATION – Perfectly angled for precise application. Use the wand to apply Matte Liquid Lipstick in long, left to right motions starting at the bottom center of the lip. Next, apply to your upper lip by starting at the cupid's bow moving towards the outer corner of the lip. Complete one side first, then the other. Allow about 30 seconds to dry.
REAL TIPS – Have plans after work? Keep a Matte Liquid Lipstick on as a base and apply your favorite Lip Gloss right on top for a quick change.
